What this is

The Complete Realignment Program is a connected journey designed to restore balance, posture, and strength throughout your entire body.

It bundles two full programs into one progressive system starting from your feet and working all the way up to your spine and shoulders. Each phase connects to the next.

It begins with a personal assessment with Ran via Loom, so you know exactly where to start. From there, you use built-in self-assessments to know when you're ready to move to the next phase. It ends with a body that feels aligned, strong, and free in motion.

3 weeks in and my lower back pain is almost completely gone. Is this normal? I've had this pain for over 2 years and nothing else worked. I honestly didn't expect results this fast.

Yes — this is exactly what happens when you address the root cause instead of the symptom. The lower back is almost never the actual problem. Keep going, the next phase will deepen it even further.
